Hi, I’m Josie Pont. Educator, mentor, executive coach, speaker and founder of Female Changemakers™.
But what defines me isn’t these roles. It’s my passion for education, women’s development and women’s rights. I’m also a curious and resilient lifelong learner, fascinated by people, cultures and human behaviour—especially how our brains influence the way we think, feel, act and ultimately who we become.
I’ve lived and worked in Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, taught at universities, coached leaders, mentored women, built professional networks and spoken on stages.
Along the way, my curiosity led me to explore neuroscience, communication, transformation and leadership more deeply, raising questions that have shaped my personal and professional journey:
What helps a woman recognise her own power—and find the courage to use it?
What shapes the stories we believe about ourselves—and what allows us to rewrite them?
Together, these experiences revealed one simple truth:
Real change begins from within.
But it is what we do with it that can change the world around us.
That’s perhaps why my personal motto is:
“A woman with a mission was once a girl with a dream.”
